Alan Moskowitz, Director, CTO Office, MobiTV

Alan Moskowitz is the Director of Strategic Alliances for the Office of the CTO at MobiTV, Inc. where he is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s transition into next generation network and device technologies.  He has worked in these capacities for two years. Alan is also a co-Principle Investigator for the WiMAX Forum Proof of Concept Sandbox in Northern California.  The goal of the PoC Sandbox is to provide WiMAX Forum participants a real-World test bed to construct, deploy and evaluate applications over Mobile WiMAX.

Prior to MobiTV Alan was on the founding team of TiVo where he worked for seven years in various technology projects developing the Personal Video Recorder.  Before TiVo, Alan worked with the Interactive Television team at Silicon Graphics.  Alan has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in New York City.
